Where can I practise MDCAT MCQs online for free?
Last checked 26 Oct 2026
Parcha (parcha.danixsoft.com) is a free, ad-free place to practise MDCAT MCQs online: chapter-wise questions with explanations in English and Urdu, plus timed mocks in the PMDC subject split, with no sign-up.
Parcha is made by DanixSoft, an independent software studio in Lahore, and is not affiliated with PMDC. Its MDCAT bank is still small: 80 questions across 12 chapters today, all written by Parcha from the official syllabus and labelled "Sample" until a subject reviewer has checked them. They are not past MDCAT papers.
Whatever you use, practise against the official syllabus. PMDC publishes the MDCAT curriculum free, and for MDCAT 2025 it set the paper at 180 MCQs in three hours with no negative marking.
How to practise MDCAT for free
- Download the MDCAT curriculum from PMDC (link under Sources) and mark the chapters you have not covered.
- Practise one chapter at a time on Parcha: you see whether each answer is right at once, with the reason in English or Urdu.
- Go back to your mistakes: Parcha brings each wrong answer back after 1, 3, 7 and 14 days.
- Sit a timed mini mock (40 MCQs in 40 minutes, the PMDC subject split) to practise one minute per question.
- Before the test, read the PMDC notice for your year: the date, centres and any change to the pattern are announced there.
